HICC Pet® stands for “Health Innovations for Cleaner, Comfier Pets”. We are a pet health and wellness solutions company that creates ethical pet care products blended with clean ingredients. With offices in the United States and Hong Kong, we are growing our APAC team. This role is based in Singapore at our HICC PET APAC Brand Experience Center: #01-05/06 Marina One The Heart, Singapore 018935.
This role manages one team member and reports directly to the Singapore Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the Showroom Sales: Create and maintain a welcoming experience for showroom customers, providing them with our pet wellness and grooming products and solutions.
- Drive the Showroom Awareness: Encourage customers to leave positive Google Map reviews and to post our showroom photos on social media, by offering brand gifts.
- Update the Showroom Displays and Decorations: Work proactively with our marketing team to decorate our showroom for various holidays and events.
- Organize Showroom Events: Plan and execute the monthly events at the showroom, such as Dog Owners Brunch or Cat Owners Sunset Cocktail party.
- General Showroom Management: Products and giveaways inventory control, cashier duties, end-of-day settlement.
Requirements:
- Education: A college degree or higher, preferably in sales, administration, or customer service.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, reception, or customer service is a plus. 2 years of sales experience above.
- Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills; Strong in sales and event management.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive, passionate in pet care, with strong ownership.
