The WIN Trainer will be responsible to deliver value adding WIN sales training to all new customer facing team members in South Asia Pacific Region (A2), which includes: Account Managers, Engineers and Customer Service employees. This will enable A2 to grow sustainably through by ensuring a well-equipped, highly trained and professional organization
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Effective coordination, ongoing development and delivery of a relevant WIN training and SSS, SAM) Prepare WIN evaluation reports after each session
- Ensure the overall facilitation of WIN trainings (Trade / Application / Product, SSS, SAM)
- Maintain accurate and up to date training materials such as FUSE assets, presentations, demo tools, role play papers with new technology e.g. e-learning
- Continue to reinforce and partner the learning concept of Pre/classroom/Post WIN with 70/20/10
- Monitor and support the Training Centre in ensuring world class facility standards and efficient administration
- Ensure all users of the Training Facilities comply with Health and Safety regulations
Person Specification:
- A bachelor degree or above
- More than 1 year of experience in customer facing functions
- Profound selling skills, strong execution and call planning, track record in sales achievement, excellent construction product and trade knowledge.
- Understand Company strategy and drive Company’s initiatives with a can-do attitude. Self-motivated to deliver results
- Positive mindset and passion in developing people, enjoy experience sharing
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Team player with strong team work and customer-orientation. Able to drive and influence different teams to work together to achieve the goal
- Strong planning and organizational skills, independent, dynamic and open for feedback and new ideas.
