Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Management: - Enter and update shipping and order details accurately into the system.
   -Maintain an organized database of customer and shipping information.
   -Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
   -Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
   
2. Shipping Status Updates: - Collaborate with the shipping team to track and update the status of outgoing shipments.
   - Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to gather relevant shipping information.
   - Maintain a comprehensive log of shipment updates, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and any delays or issues.
   
3. Packing List Uploads: - Receive and review packing lists from suppliers or internal departments.
   - Upload packing list information into the system accurately and in a timely manner.
   - Ensure that all necessary documents are properly attached and filed for reference.
   
4. Invoice Generation:- Retrieve and compile relevant data and packing lists to generate invoices.
   - Verify invoice details, such as pricing and quantities
   - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoice issuance.
   
5. Communication and Collaboration: - Liaise with various departments, including shipping, procurement, and finance, to obtain necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.
   - Respond to internal and external inquiries related to shipping status, data entry, or invoice generation.
   - Maintain open and effective communication channels to facilitate smooth operations.
6. Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
   

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management or administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a shipping or logistics environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with data entry software or systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Minimum 2 years of marketing or sales related experience
• Implement marketing strategy
• Ensure the company is communicating the right strategy to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
• Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
• Manage and coordinate with marketing team
• Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve effective strategies
• Monitor current market, ensuring their projects meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
