Role Description:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and client-focused Premium Account Manager to join our team. As a Premium Account Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our high value client relationships, providing personalized support, exception service to both new and existing high net worth buyer/seller clients. Your role will involve hunting new clients and managing existing clients, facilitating their buying, selling and leasing requirements together with our Resident Agents.
Job Scope:
- Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key premium clients, ensuring their property aspirations and needs are met and exceeded. Act as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Account Growth: Maintain and acquire client database of HNWI, home offices and private funds managers with property transaction or investment needs.
- Strategic Business Development: Identify and collaborate with Developers, private banks, investment funds, create customized solutions for different client’s needs
- Retention & Engagement: Manage engagement program, private invite-only events/seminars for new and existing clients to keep company at top of mind.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Resident Agents and cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of services and client success.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in account management, client servicing, or a related field, preferably with experience managing high-value or premium clients.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Client-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex client issues effectively.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: experience in real estate industry will be advantages. RES license not required but will be a bonus.
Renumeration:
Salary: Competitive base salary
Incentive: Attractive sales commission structure with high earning potential based on performance

Tertiary education in any field of study
