Job Summary:
The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and coordinating data center construction projects. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the data center industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- PMP certification is a plus.
