Job Overview:
Hisense is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Director to responsible our all financial jobs. In this role, you are responsible for managing an organization's financial health and strategy, include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing internal controls. Also need to lead the finance team, manage cash flow, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making and business growth
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Financial Planning and Management:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Prepare long-term financial forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend strategies to improve profitability.
2. Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, including forecasts and variance analyses.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health.
3. Risk Management
- Identify and manage financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and market risks.
- Ensure the company has adequate insurance coverage and contingency plans.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to protect the organization's assets.
4. Cash Flow and Capital Management
- Monitor and optimize cash flow to meet operational needs and investment opportunities.
- Oversee capital expenditure and assess the viability of major investments.
- Negotiate financing arrangements, such as loans or lines of credit, with financial institutions.
5. Compliance and Governance
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial laws, and corporate governance policies.
- Work with auditors to manage annual audits and address any findings or recommendations.
- Keep up to date with changes in financial regulations and ensure the organization adheres to them.
6. Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, marketing) to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Drive financial education across the organization to ensure informed decision-making.
7. Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and banks.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures by providing financial due diligence and strategic insights.
8. Digital Transformation and Innovation
- Leverage financial technologies (e.g., ERP systems, analytics tools) to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Explore and implement automation for routine financial processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
- Experience: 8+ years in finance-related roles, with at least 3–5 years in leadership or senior management positions.
- Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken, written, and read) and English (spoken, written, and read) is required.
