* Assist to establish a Fire Safety Committee and Company Emergency Response Team (CERT)
* Conduct fire safety training for occupants, fire wardens and Company Emergency Response Team CERT)
on emergency and evacuation procedures
* Conduct fire safety inspection to ensure site is free of fire hazards and that the fire safety and protection
systems installed on site are maintained (by building's appointed contractors) to the standard that meet
the local statutory requirements
* To attend SCDF CERT aduit
* To provide fire safety advisory and liaise with SCDF on fire safety matters as per Fire Safety Act
* Liaise and coordinate with Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) on all matters pertaining to fire safety
and its requirement on behalf of the client and provide advisory on fire safety related matters and any
other requirements as per Fire Safety Act.
* Attend the pre-fire certification renewal testng and endorse form FSSD-CED-FC01/02/03 on behalf of the
building owners as required by Fire Safety Act-exclude QP services
* Submit annual fire safety report to SCDF to its order and follow-up with comments from SCDF, if any
* Conduct twice-yearly table-top exercises and mass fire evacuation drills to generating the reports
* Carry out such other duties as the owner or Commissioner may required
* Diploma in Engineering
