Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the minimart, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance, fostering a positive team culture.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Analyse sales data to optimize product selection and merchandising strategies.
Implement promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
Prepare reports for upper management on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Able to work on public holidays.
Qualifications:Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a convenience store or minimart setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Proficient in inventory management and basic financial principles.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
