Primary Responsibility

• Collaborate with marketing team to drive new ideas and strategies on new product development, and assist in the continuous improvement existing products.
• Material sourcing, research and reporting of market trends, work on process improvements to achieve better efficiency and cost.
• Evaluate acceptability of raw materials from new suppliers.
• Participate in product quality improvement to support Quality Assurance department regarding product complaints and cost improvements.
• Assist sales and marketing team with technical enquiries. Provide technical support to product development team.
• Work on new/existing product labelling, to review & update the product labelling to meet customer & regulatory regulations. (Singapore/Export Market)
• Prepare samples for sensory and evaluation.
• Document manufacturing protocols and standards (SOP).
• Maintain updated records of work activities: objectives of test, formulas, costing calculation, processing condition, required equipment and equipment setup.
• Perform maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, and maintain good hygiene & cleanliness in the R&D laboratory.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Secondary Responsibilty

• QC inspection at production lines and maintaining QC documents
• Monitoring of critical control points
• Arrange to send finished products for microbial testing
• Ensure compliance with house rules and regulations
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and provide root cause and corrective action to be taken
• Participation in all audit checks from customer, regulatory bodies and certification bodies. (SFA,ISO, Halal)
• Develop and constantly update material data base for product specification, nutritional information, etc.

Job Description

• • Plan and execute timely paid/unpaid promotional campigns for all E-commerce platforms; Shopee, Lazada, Fairprice, Qoo10
• • Measure and report each individual campaign performance to gain insight and assess against goals
• • Analyze and provide strategic insights and recommendations for further improvements of promotional campaign
• • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our ecommerce platform remains competitive.
• • Assist in administrative duties such as weekly reports, consolidation of orders of various E-commerce platforms.
• • Manages the implementation and development of marketing plans to achieve the company strategy for achieving sales and conversion goals
• • Contribute Ideas to help drive traffic to other Social media platforms and be able to do simple copywriting when needed.
• • Ensure that all E-commerce product listings are well maintained and constant across all platforms
• · Assist in checking emails and diverting Purchase Order to ordering team

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the relevant field
• Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is an advantage.
• Min 1-2 years in Digital Marketing will be a plus point
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Bonus: experience/proficient in Adobe Premier Pro
• Willing to learn and must possess a CAN-DO attitude
• High level of creativity and good written communication skill
• Strong commercial awareness

Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to provide administrative support to the accounts department. The duties include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices.

Job Responsibilities

● Provide support to Accounts department

● Maintain partial/full set of accounts.

● Maintain AR/AP records

● Posting of receipts and perform banking transactions

● Liaise with vendors for any discrepancies

● Processing AP payment and issue of cheques

● Support in preparation of management report

● Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements and skills

• GCE ‘O’ level /LCCI from Accounting

• 1-2 years of accounting experience in a computerized accounting environment.

• Proficient with MS Excel and accounting software. Knowledge of ERP-Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

• Ability to speak/read Chinese

• Keen attention to detail

• Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
