Experience in landed residential properties projectsHandle pre and post contract administration
Assist with evaluation of tender, analyse costing for tender submission and preparation of tender documents.
Perform cost planning and cost control.Liaise with Project Manager/designated staff to valuate and certify completed works and arrange for payment.
Carry out contract administration duties.Keep a close eye on project finances and contractual relationships.
Make sure that the financial position of construction projects is accurately reported and controlled effectively.
Perform Quantity take-off for tendering of project.To prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for tender project including source, compiles, evaluates and negotiates price with supplies and sub-contractors according to tender requirement.
Follows up effectively on payment certificate and payment with clients.Possess Professional Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other related discipline.Proficient in Cad Software / BIM and MS Office.
