Your focus will be Business Development & Partner Management / Account manager. Your responsibilities will include:

● Conducting market analysis and staying up-to-date on market trends to identify new growth opportunities

Skills & Experience you will need…

Homage is looking for a Supply Operations Manager, strongly aligned with our mission, to transform the way people get access to personalized home care.

In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment and engagement of our Care Professionals (caregivers, nurses and therapists), as well as drive the Supply department’s strategy and operations. This will involve growing Homage’s CarePro pool in Singapore, working with the Global Head of Supply Operations to drive business metrics, and executing our operations strategy on the ground. You will also serve as the voice and ambassador of our CarePros, working closely with other operational teams to maintain top-notch quality care for our customers.

You should be a strong operator, capable of independently running multiple projects simultaneously, with a bias for action in driving results. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Supply Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grow and maintain a world-class network of Care Professionals to meet the evolving homecare demands across Singapore
• Manage the end-to-end experience for Care Professionals on Homage's platform, overseeing the recruitment and ongoing engagement workstreams
• Help execute and maintain best-in-class training and onboarding for Carepros
• Drive engagement efforts with existing Care Professionals to improve our retention
• Help to lead and manage the SG Supply Operations team, playing a key role in the team’s professional development, and thereby foster a high-performing team.
• Help identify and implement process improvements to meet our ambitious goals
• Perform regular data analysis to understand the department’s performance in detail, monitoring progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, helping to unblock barriers for the team
• Work closely with other departments to achieve our goals and further improve our processes, performance and efficiency

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Operations Management and or Supply Chain or anything related, with 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally in start-ups, supply chain operations or recruitment
• Good project management skills, ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously, and adhering to deadlines
• Track record in operations, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Past experience leading a team and/or having direct reports
• Having a results-driven mindset, and experience working across departments

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Dive deep into large data sets of care-related information to understand trends, and build actionable, insightful dashboards and data models that informs and drive business operations and strategy

● Collaborate and coordinate across departments and key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop/deliver data analytics and analytics solutions

● Allocate resources effectively and prioritise projects that deliver on business needs and timelines

● Oversee the design, maintenance and development of our data systems with our Data engineering team

● Ideate and create reports and analysis for management on the quality of care, business performance and outcomes, and identify areas of opportunities for improvement

● Work with product, operations, marketing and sales to champion and support data driven decisions in solving our biggest problems on supply and demand as our team's data expert

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

● At least 6 years of work experience in business / data analytics or relevant field

● At least 1 year of experience managing teams and mentoring a team of BI analysts to deliver insights that drive meaningful business results

● Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel), statistical analysis, and data visualisation tools including Tableau (or Power BI but with the willingness to pick up Tableau)

● Expertise with SQL, python and working with large datasets

About The Team

The successful candidate will be part of the Global FP&A ("Financial Planning & Analysis") team and will work closely with the leadership team and finance teams both locally and globally, sharing knowledge and actively collaborating to drive continuous performance improvement towards business goals and targets. About The Role

The Financial Analyst position provides you with the opportunity to become a key partner to the business by supporting our key business functions in managing and steering their respective portfolios. You will also be responsible for coordinating the business planning and performance measurement processes, as well as providing ad hoc support and analysis where required. About You

• At least five years of experience in controlling, accounting, or similar experience, ideally in a combination of Big 4 audit and startup environment
• Degree in Accounting, Actuarial, Business Management or Economics, preferably with a focus on Finance or Accounting
• Hands-on, able to deal with complexities within a fluid work environment
