Job Description :
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
- Follow up on submission status and documentations on projects.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
- Managing the work activities for the group of Sub-Contractors, supervisor and workers.
- Ensure that all legal requirements under the Singapore laws are complied with.
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements :
- Experience in Renovation Coordination at least 1 year
- High profit sharing & attractive allowance provided
- In-house Leads provided
