We're is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Sales team!

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide personalized service to our diverse clientele. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in showcasing our products, understanding customer needs, and facilitating a seamless purchasing process.

What you’ll be doing

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive first impression of our brand.
• Listen actively to customers' preferences and requirements, providing recommendations and solutions.
• Responsible for the conversion of sales from walk-in customers, chats, and other sales channels.
• Recommend furniture tailored to customers’ requirements
• Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
• Assist in store operational excellence by ensuring general showroom maintenance, and receiving / issuing stocks
• Perform other roles within the store such as maintaining visual standards, assisting team members, or performing operational tasks on the sales floor

What you’ll need

• Working days: 6 days/week (Flexibility to work weekends and holidays)
• Base pay + Commission + Incentive
• All nationalities welcome (SPM Certification required for Malaysians)
• Bilingual language skills a plus - English and Malay
• Prior experience in retail/furniture sales not needed, but preferable (Training provided)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with customers.
• Proven track record of customer centricity and possess strong people skills (approachable, good listener, and empathetic).
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Good work ethic and can present yourself well.
• Excellent team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
