About the Role:
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the success of our co-living business. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of real estate, hospitality, and community building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and secure new locations and properties for co-living spaces in key target markets.
- Partnership Building: Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, real estate agents, and local authorities to source opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth objectives, including revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Brand Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and position our co-living spaces as a preferred choice for target demographics.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform decision-making and optimize business strategies.
- Revenue Generation: Identify and develop new revenue streams, including corporate partnerships, event collaborations, and ancillary services.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with operations, marketing, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignments with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, real estate, or a related field, ideally in the co-living, hospitality, or property sectors.
- Strong network in real estate and property development is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable results.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
