General full set accounting functions, Organizes and maintains up-to-date financial records / Cash flow/Sales Invoice process/Filing and Data Archiving/Payroll/Prepare invoices/quotations/ PO, etc
Follow up with customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. Contact and send reminders to debtors to ensure timely payment
Process and issue payments to suppliers, customers, contractors, and third-party vendors
Perform general administrative duties and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
