The Responsibilities:
· Responsible for processing invoices, claims, petty cash, etc.
· Support in monthly closing including recording recurring transactions, posting accruals, etc., to ensure consistency in reporting.
· Handle quarterly GST submission.
· Coordinate the annual statutory audit, including preparation of reports and addressing auditors’ queries.
Ideal Candidate:
· Holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
· Has over 3 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role.
· Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Highly detailed-oriented.
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
· Singaporean and PR.
· Contract Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role if suitable).
