Job Responsibilities:
Documentation
• To consolidate and organize company and franchise food hygiene reports and ensure that all supporting documents are complete.
• To conduct data analysis on consolidated reports.
• To share and monitor data, and source for solution and provide recommendations.
• To monitor, review and share latest cleaning manuals, reports and SOP to relevant parties.
Inspection (Factory / Outlet / Warehouse)
• Key liaison personnel for factory/outlet/warehouse and third-party inspector and arrange a schedule for smooth inspection.
• Before inspection, check current records for incidents and share them with the third-party inspectors and QA department.
• Conduct or participate in factory/outlet/warehouse hygiene inspection and generate inspection report, improvement sheet and provide suggestions when needed.
• Receive inspection sheets from inspectors and review inspection sheets according to your reporting officer advice.
• Consolidation of inspection reports and monitor completion of improvement plan and schedule.
• Consolidation of all factory information and monitor company improvement for providing safe and quality food to customers.
Hygiene and Food Safety support
• Arrange with third-party inspector to conduct outlet hygiene training to improve food safety and quality control.
• Conduct self-hygiene inspection training to outlet staff when required.
• Consolidate training information and share with management for next improvement direction.
• Support QA projects by coordinating with different departments and prepare meeting minutes when needed.
• Monitor health and food authorities (Ministry of Health, Singapore Food Agency etc.) or other related companies for the latest news.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

- Required skill(s): Computer Skill, MS Excel, MS Word
- Able to handle English and Mandarin-speaking staff and customers. Japanese-speaking ability is a plus.
- Be able to work independently with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Fast learner and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Food Safety Management System.
