Job Description:

Property Development / Leasing

• Identify potential sites for Pepper Lunch Singapore’s expansion or any other F&B brands under the profile of HP.
• To be responsible for quality study of site feasibility based on traffic count, profit & loss simulation to support business growth and add value to management decision making.
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis of market condition, target catchment and surrounding developments to ensure business sustainability and growth.
• Attend and address to matters related to tenancy management including rental negotiation, lease administrative and restaurant renovation in accordance with HP standards and regulations.
• Plan and execute Singapore property development plans in line with HP Management’s annual projection within the financial year to meet company’s objectives.
• Establish and maintain harmonious landlord-tenant relationship pertaining to lease renewals and any matters that relates to tenancy of HP brands.
• Support and liaise with various departments to ensure compliance with lease management practices and administration.
• Administer any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HP Management.

Franchise Sales / Development Support

• Assist HOD in administration support for franchise sales execution
• Assist HOD in administration support for franchise development
• Build good working relationship with franchisees and handle franchisor-franchisee general matters
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Responsibilities:

Documentation
• To consolidate and organize company and franchise food hygiene reports and ensure that all supporting documents are complete.
• To conduct data analysis on consolidated reports.
• To share and monitor data, and source for solution and provide recommendations.
• To monitor, review and share latest cleaning manuals, reports and SOP to relevant parties.

Inspection (Factory / Outlet / Warehouse)
• Key liaison personnel for factory/outlet/warehouse and third-party inspector and arrange a schedule for smooth inspection.
• Before inspection, check current records for incidents and share them with the third-party inspectors and QA department.
• Conduct or participate in factory/outlet/warehouse hygiene inspection and generate inspection report, improvement sheet and provide suggestions when needed.
• Receive inspection sheets from inspectors and review inspection sheets according to your reporting officer advice.
• Consolidation of inspection reports and monitor completion of improvement plan and schedule.
• Consolidation of all factory information and monitor company improvement for providing safe and quality food to customers.

Hygiene and Food Safety support
• Arrange with third-party inspector to conduct outlet hygiene training to improve food safety and quality control.
• Conduct self-hygiene inspection training to outlet staff when required.
• Consolidate training information and share with management for next improvement direction.
• Support QA projects by coordinating with different departments and prepare meeting minutes when needed.
• Monitor health and food authorities (Ministry of Health, Singapore Food Agency etc.) or other related companies for the latest news.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

Property Development

• Grow the company’s business by identifying and establishing new partnerships, ensuring financial goals are met. Responsible for overall planning and coordination. To compile presentation materials for concepts to developers/landlords and to establish and maintain good working relationships.
• Secure new restaurant locations, renew existing leases, identify market segments and liaise with landlords.
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with landlords.
• Responsible for finalizing lease agreements, negotiating lease renewals, formalizing lease documentation of retail malls and food courts.
• Review, analyse and interpret financial analysis templates to enable management to make informed decisions. To negotiate and enter into the lease agreement with favourable conditions.
• Ensuring all leasing matters such as new leases, renewals, terminations are followed through. Upkeep of lease database and documentation.
• Keep informed and abreast of market condition, consumer landscape and F&B industry trends (new shopping mall opening, closure of malls, rental trends, demographic change and etc). Prepare management reports as required highlighting any issues for attention.

Legal Support
