Job Description
Based on SOP, check the operability of restaurant and outlets which include the equipment, products, supplies, dining areas so that it is ready for business daily to ensure business sustainability and add value to business growth.
Plan and revise staffing schedule monthly to ensure adequate manpower is available for effective and efficient operations of the restaurant and outlets daily according to agreed forecast and approved Floor Positioning Guide (FPG) to ensure the labour percentage is controlled within the budget given.
Perform customer relationship activities to enhance the imager of the restaurant and outlets. These include customer feedback through tele- conversation and email communication.
Coach Assistant Manager and Shift manager to ensure that they are able to manage the restaurant and outlets independently in accordance with the agreed budgets.
Interact with staff regularly to ensure that their morale, commitment and teamwork are maintained and in line with company mission, vision and values. Restaurant and outlet staff is updated regularly the various key employee communication messages.
Consult and discuss regularly with staff and customers to generate and propose ideas to enhance the productivity and operations of the restaurant and outlets.
Job Requirements
2-3 years of experience in F&B.
Minimum GCE āNā or āOā level.
Professional communication skills are required.
Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge.
