Job Summary:

We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Product Development Manager to oversee the development and enhancement of our web services. This role involves managing the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring that our web service offerings meet client needs, market demands, and align with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in web service products, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and refine the product roadmap for the web service portfolio, aligning with market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Product Development: Lead the entire product development process, including ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, and testing, ensuring timely delivery.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in web service offerings.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, sales marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements.
• Customer Focus: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, gathering insights to inform product development and ensuring customer satisfaction with existing offerings.
• Project Management: Manage multiple product development projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Product Testing & Quality: Oversee product testing phases, ensuring that web services are reliable, scalable, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Track product performance post-launch, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
• Innovation & Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and market needs to drive continuous improvement and innovation in product offerings.
• Development: Handles the Backend API codes and system design, liaising with frontend developments to deliver the necessary features as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or product development, preferably in web services or software products.
• Proven experience in leading the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Strong technical understanding of web services, APIs, cloud platforms, and digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with .NET Core & RESTful API design is a bonus.
• Experience working with Frontend technologies like VueJS and Flutter.
