Job Description
As a Temporary Recruitment and Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment and operational processes, including:
- Posting job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
- Conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates to present to clients.
- Assisting with mass recruitment drives to meet high-volume hiring needs.
- Providing HR administrative support, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Liaising and coordinating work arrangements with candidates.
- Supporting recruitment-related project management tasks to streamline workflows.
