Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Align sales plans with organizational goals and market dynamics in the F&B industry.
- Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
Provide mentorship and performance evaluations to ensure team success.
- Market Analysis & Business Development:Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the F&B sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Customer Relationship Management:Act as the key point of contact for strategic clients within the region.
Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Track sales performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
Implement corrective actions and strategies to address performance gaps.
- Collaboration Across Departments:Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
What Do We Want
- Proven track record of at least 8–12 years in sales
- Experience in F&B / FoodTech / FMCG / Retail is desirable
- Experience in Southeast Asia or other international markets is highly advantageous.
- Deep understanding of market trends and organization services.
- Strong skills in identifying opportunities and trends.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and business goals.
- Familiarity with global and local markets where the organization operates.
- Will be required for business travel within the region responsible for.
