Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with project teams on drawings and documents for issue and filing.
- Develop and collaborate in Building Information Modelling (BIM) using Revit software, generate and edit AutoCAD 2D. Plumbing, Sanitary and Gas (PSG) engineering drawings for submission, adhering to established specifications and standards.
- First check of shop drawings standards and codes of practice, including minimization of shop drawings mistakes.
- Received the Construction drawings from Client or Main Contractor and inform their BIM Modellers of the changes that need to be addressed in the model.
- Coordinate and monitor shop drawings submission schedule.
- Produce shop drawings for site execution (Using AutoCAD and Revit)
- Check clash detection for within its scope.
- Attendance on Site Meetings, Discussions and Coordination with Building Owner/Clients, Main-Con,
- Sub-Con Supervisors and other responsible parties. Support Project Team in managing RFI’s and monitoring clashes for resolution.
- Amendment and updated the drawing depend on Owner Requirement and Site condition (Revised Drawing).
- Checking on site for preparing As-Built Drawing. Assist in engineering related documentation/ administration and any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 4 years' relevant working experience in drafting using AutoCAD and BIM/ Revit software.
- Familiarity with standard M&E installation details and requirements.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
