- 审查教材质量
对于高级教师：通过定期的反馈/评论会积极参与更多初级教师的指导，以及课程开发领域的培训。
Job Scope
- Conduct classes based on lesson plans
- Pre-class preparation
- Grading of student's homework
- Perform quality checks on course materials
- For senior teachers: to be actively engaged in the mentoring of more junior teachers as well as in the areas of curriculum development via regular feedback / commentary sessions.

Over the years, we have developed a systematic and challenging curriculum in the learning of Chinese language. It aims at cultivating interest in learning Chinese and at the same time, provides assistance to individual's needs.
