Responsibilities

• To ensure smooth operation of site activities.
• To Provide logistical support (site utilisation) when needed, as requested by sub-contractors.
• To be the liaison for the coordination of different trades within the same discipline.
• Responsible for all on-site engineering issues pertaining to site matters.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and attend to clients queries to ensure timely work arrangements.
• Involve in day-to-day management of site supervision of construction activity to ensure site works are carried out as per schedule

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Design/Structural/Architectural/Civil Engineering/Building Construction or any equivalent qualification.
• Experience/Knowledge in structural steel works/ precast RC works/ Building/ MRT/ LTA is an advantage
• More than 8-years of site experience in Construction sector.
• Good team player and able to work independently
• BCSS Certificate

*) Job Description

• To assist Maincon in managing Workplace Safety & Health issues in Construction/ factory environment
• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance to MOM safety requirements and all workers comply with safety regulations
• Ensure the implementation of Company workplace safety management system
• Accountable for investigating, analysing and determining cause of any incident, accident or dangerous occurrence during work process and recommend means of preventing recurrence
• To prepare necessary safety report as requested
• To check and report to Company in a timely manner for any safety infringement and incident/accident

(*) Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a WSH Coordinator in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related compliance
• Professional Certification and/ or Advanced cert in WSH

(*) Salary Range: S$ 3.5k – 4.3k

(*) Job Description

• Prepare Shop Drawing, Sketch for Construction and Design Development using AUTOCAD
• Coordination & understanding in design and construction of a project.
• Assist Maincon in plans, designs, site condition and method statement.

(*) Job Requirements

• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in Civil / Building Project as CAD Operator
• Professional & Excellent Skill in AUTOCAD (Mandatory)
• Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture
