What you will be doing:

Hubble is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager (Individual Contributor- Hunter Role) who has the talent & ability to generate new business (new logo acquisition or expanding in existing client base). You will produce success and maturity plans, identify expansion opportunities and billable services and manage contract renewals. You have the magic combination of domain expertise, enterprise implementation project management experience, and customer management.

• Own customer relationships from implementation onboarding to continuous product adoption across multiple departments, stakeholders, and business users (including first-line technical support).
• Create, identify and qualify selling opportunities by maintaining regular contact with customers.
• Dedicated contact for product training and platform questions.
• Proactively analyse and provide strategic engagement with clients.
• Solicit and synthesize customer product feedback to contribute to product development.
• Maintain a high degree of account management and control.
• Develop strategic growth plans for key accounts in your portfolio.
• Maintain a highly collaborative, positive, & synergistic relationship with the customer and with internal teams to ensure quality solution delivery and support.
• Drive enterprise subscription renewals and expansion bookings.
• Build a high quality "success plan" inclusive of customer objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.

What we need from you:

• Minimum 5 years experience in account management & enterprise solution delivery roles
• Bachelor's degree
• B2B software experience is preferred
• Proven track record of working in a customer facing role, in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting/problem solving skills
• Strong team, networking and relationship building skills
• Highly organised, collaborative and detailed oriented
• Able to handle multiple priorities
• Strong presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding

What you will be doing:

• Oversee and manage all human resources activities through the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding, talent acquisition, performance management, career development, learning and development, compensation and benefits
• Be the subject matter expert and provide support and guidance for all HR and Admin-related queries
• Review and shape Hubble’s company culture, including all HR policies, company activities, and people development
• Implement and master new technology software to help with company processes, including tools for communication, collaboration and reporting
• Explore and implement opportunities for events, initiatives and programmes beneficial for the company
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
• Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
• Develop clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
• Handle disciplinary meetings and investigations in accordance with company policy

What we need from you:

• Singaporeans (or no sponsorship required to work in Singapore) preferred
• At least 6 years’ experience in HR and Administrative matters with a Degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resource Management
• Detail-oriented, independent and organized
• Driven to experiment, develop and streamline internal processes
• Comfortable with using technology to perform day-to-day work
• Adaptable, resourceful and flexible in handling a wide range of duties
