• Preparation of project documentation e.g. tender, quotation, progress claims, drawings, checklist, etc
• Responsible for site coordination and supervising to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all project-related matters.
• Attend site walks, meetings, and site inspections when required.
• To carry out technical support functions in mechanical engineering work on site.
• To ensure effective project management on design, installation, testing, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance activities.
• Attend meetings, and prepare project schedules and progress reports.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in M&E or the construction industry.
• Possessing relevant safety certificates is an advantage.
• Knowledge of equipment installation, testing & commissioning, and troubleshooting as per M&E drawings or engineering specifications.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project schedules.
• Willing to travel & based at the project site.
• Have knowledge of AutoCAD & Microsoft Office.
• Candidates without experience but with relevant qualifications will be considered as well.

• Perform equipment assembly according to engineering drawings.
• Perform installation, repair, inspection, reassembly, refitting, and adjusting products as required.
• Coordinate M&E engineering work and work closely with other department staff to resolve site discrepancies and technical issues.
• Maintain work area clean, safe, and orderly.
• Perform repair pipe and plumbing if needed.
• Planning / Scheduling and coordination of M&E works.
• Oversee and ensure works are carried out by the approved drawings, materials, and method statements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors on M&E issues.
• Update maintenance daily schedule.

• Project manage UPW and PCW hook up in Semiconductor
• Assist the Lead Engineer in overseeing the project safety, design, planning and installation of the hookup activities to ensure that the hookup installations are completed on time.
• Coordinate respective work with the subcontractor to ensure smooth hookup installation.
• Coordination with a subcontractor on interfacing matter including wall openings, structure, ducts, pipe, conduit and other items as required.
• Obtaining approval/permit, and all permissions required
• Utility mapping table maintenance.
• Perform Quality Systems, Eg on-site 6S management.
• Perform QA/QC to ensure material quality, installation quality, testing quality, etc. following in-house and industrial standards.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Project Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 4 to 5 years experience with UPW, PCW in semiconductor for an Engineer position.
• Fresh graduate is welcomed as Assistant Engineer.

• Responsible for all technical drawings, 3D modelling, and documentation.
• Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built using BIM modelling / Revit/ AutoCAD.
