What You’ll Do:
- Support a full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, orientation, employee relations, payroll processing and more.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Assist with process of foreign work passes in compliance MOM regulations, understanding related laws and policies in Singapore.
- Support administrative tasks, including office management, lease negotiations, and managing office-related facilities and services.
- Assist with business-related activities, including commercial liaisons, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with external partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must (knowledge of Indonesian, Malay, or Thai is a bonus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- PR & Singapore Citizen Only, with experience or interest in supporting administrative and business-related tasks.
