Job Description & Requirements

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate project works.
• Plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution including implementation.
• Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.
• Execute project works based on the drawing / specification.
• Resolve any Clients and / or residents’ complaints / feedbacks.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on all project matters.
• Attend site meeting, if applicable.
• Track work progress and submit progress report so as to ensure that the projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate the project work to ensure successful completion as well as hand over to the Clients.

General :

• Maintain all the documentation for the projects.
• Coordinate and work with other departments as well as to supervise the project works.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Safety :
• Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

• Diploma / Certificate in Architecture, Interior and Building Related Field
• Minimum 1 Years relevant working experiences
• Project administration and documentation
• Project Coordination of various trade works Sub-Contractors on site
• Coordination with Main Contractor/ Client for work schedule and installation details
• Manage of site progress to ensure completion of works on schedule
• Safety Management of the site installation works

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for executing the company's M&E projects

- Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission

- Carry out site measurement, cost estimation and cost calculation

- Other quantity surveying related duties

Job Requirement：

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields.

- At least 1 year relevant Quantity Surveyor working experience in M&E project.

- Worked in M&E Sub-con company will be an advantage

- Able to read and interpret project specifications/drawings
