Role Overview:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Packing Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring our products are beautifully packed and delivered promptly to our customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in creating beautiful presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and pack customer orders with accuracy and care.
• Assemble and tie gift boxes for retail and corporate projects.
• Ensure all orders meet quality and presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and replenishment.
• Support with packing for corporate and bulk orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Liaise with the team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in packing, order fulfillment, or a similar role is a plus but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads.
