Job Responsibilities:

• Surveying knowledge for all aspects of Boundary, GPS, Topographic and Control Surveying

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and implementation of Safety Program
• Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy and WSH act
• Advise on Work Plan / Risk Assessment / Safe Work Procedures

• Min. 3 years’ experience as WSHO in Singapore, with experience working for LTA projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager & Senior Project Manager in the planning and execution of the Project.
• Close supervision, management and execution of construction works at site, including monitoring work progress and quality adherence to specifications, performance of sub-contractors.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of site works are carried out.
• Work closely with the Safety Personnel to ensure all construction safety requirements are met and strictly adhere to.
• Work closely with Technical Team on any technical issues arising from site and lead the supervision and resolution of work onsite.
• Ensure the work complies with authority regulations & requirements and project deadline is met.
• Any other duties that may assigned from time to time by Superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board)
• At least 6 years of experience in Civil Engineering & Infrastructures works

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager on project matters.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors and clients on site matters.
• Execute, monitor and ensure the project completed on time.
• Maintain work quality according to specification and requirement.
• Check drawing for accuracy and completeness for construction.

• Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and management activities, overseeing and handling all aspects of construction activities on-site from initiation to completion
• Direct and supervise project execution, ensuring site progress is monitored closely and projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and the latest Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act provisions throughout all project stages
• Implement robust cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget, optimizing resource utilization and adhering to project schedules

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any project-related challenges or issues effectively

Specific Job Scope needs:

• Experiences in various segmental launching methods such as Launching Gantry, Lifting Frames, erection by cranes, etc.
• Knowledge and/or experience in precasting of segmental crossheads, segments, and other structural elements and clash detections during design stages and prior installation.
• Good knowledge of False balanced cantilever and balanced cantilever method segmental erection and post-tensioning work such as temporary post-tensioning, FBC nailing, and cantilever tendon
• Good knowledge of the use of cranages to determine the appropriate cranes to be deployed on site after site assessment
• Overall coordination with designers, installation specialists, precasters, and site team to ensure the work is successfully carried out

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (certificates recognized by the PE Board)
• At least 10 years of experience in extensive experience in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure works, with a strong focus on the construction of underpasses, ramps, cut & cover tunnels, roads, and rail projects
• In-depth knowledge of relevant authorities' requirements and regulations pertaining to construction projects.
• Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and dynamic, with a proven ability to thrive in a demanding work environment
• Capable of working independently and effectively under pressure, while also being a valuable team player
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, Microsoft Projects, and AutoCAD is advantageous
