Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, oversee the process of providing TCM services in the company.
• Responsible for patient safety and patient care, and the SOPs that facilitate these Objectives.
• Ensure that staff and facilities are in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Plan and participate in the training and development of staff, monitor and track
• performance of staff.
• Participate in strategic planning and business plans.
• Handle, resolve and communicate complaints and incidents.
• Provide Chinese raw herbs knowledge and support for business needs, clinical staff and patient enquiries.
• Work closely with TCM Physician on raw herbs knowledge.
• Review and improve standards of medical services, innovate and implement ideas.
• Conduct interviews, onboard and training for WYN employees.
• Manage WYN’s related matters including but not limited roster/schedule, leave application, assist & provide monthly commission & payroll required information.
• To manage raw herbs stocks.
• To achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth of.
• Any adhoc duties assigned according to business needs.

Job Requirement

• Proven experience in sales and operations management or a similar role in health supplement/healthcare industry and/or retail with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present findings effectively.
• Knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
