Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Manage team of beauticians and spa therapists
· Leading outlet to achieve sales target
· Provide professional facial services
· Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
· Handling customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance to staff
· Handle customer enquiries
· Ensure good customer experience and service standard
Requirements:
· Sales experience is a must
· At least 2 year(s) of proven relevant working experience in beauty industry is required for this position. Eg, Beauty Manager, Shop Manager, Spa Manager
· Experienced beauticians and consultants interested in management position but without management experience are encouraged to apply
Working Hours:
·Work location: Bedok (3 mins from MRT)
hours: 10:30am - 08:00pm, 6 days work week.
