Roles & Responsibilities
Supervises daily and monthly planned periodic works allocated to Building.
Reports in a timely manner all Building defects and reporting.
To liase in house contractor on services failures e.g. air-conditioning, lighting, electrical and Elevator Lift.
Carry out regular inspections to the building and its facilities to maintain serviceable condition.
To supervise, coordinate and manage Contractor for the related period maintenance and repair work.
To assign duties, inspect work performed in accordance with the daily Inspection Checklist.
To ensure good safety practices in the course of work.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the Building.
Implement and improve work processes and service quality for the organization.
Must have proficiency to speak English.
