Job Responsibilities:

- Report to Management and Directors

- Be updated on legal requirements and government regulations affecting Human Resource functions and ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance.

- Ensure continuity & consistency of the company’s Brand Concept & Culture

- Responsible for entire recruitment process

- Arrange necessary training program or workshop for employees

- Manage all employee issues

- Analyze & monitor wage & salary trends to determine competitiveness

- Explore welfare programs that address Life, Health & Work

- Assist in accident/injury investigations, report submission and represent the company in personnel-related hearings

- Assist in arranging Team Building activities

- Perform other duties as assigned

Job requirement :

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with 2 year experience in related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

- Proficiency in English & Mandarin

- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

- Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents

- Good interpersonal & communication skills, meticulous & positive attitude

- Good team player and able to work independently

Basic $1500 to $1800++ plus Attractive Commission

Job Descriptions:-

* Responsible for personal sales performance, establishing contact and developing good relationships with prospects and sales support to Manager

* To handle customers queries and complaints promptly and professionally

* Meet and exceed targets set for sales, daily and monthly

* Identifies business opportunities through business directories or client referrals, evaluate their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

* Oversee and co-ordinate installation at site, ensure quality control (QC) of vehicles and customers’ satisfaction

* Responsible to collect payment and follow up outstanding accounts

* Attend walk-in customers

* Assist colleagues when necessarily

* Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

* Responsible to inspect vehicle in good condition before carry out installation

* Responsible to inspect vehicle (QC) after installation

* Being methodical and safety conscious

* Maintain a clear and workable working environment

* Record, analyse, report according to system and requirements

* Responsible to ensure that the equipment or machines required in the sites are well maintained

* Assist colleagues when necessarily

* Perform other duties as assigned
