RESPONSIBILITIES
Stakeholder Management
- Liaising and onboarding charities for Giving Season
- Assist in providing advisory services to NPOs regarding their campaign and content strategy with regards to the Giving Season
Fundraising Campaign Strategy (Giving Season)
- Assist in researching and analysing fundraising trends and best practices
- Help develop comprehensive fundraising strategies tailored to Giving Season
- Assist in designing and developing materials, including brochures and email campaigns to charities on fundraising best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective campaign messaging
- Support in tracking and measure metrics related to campaign objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support the collection and analysis of campaign performance data
- Help prepare post-campaign reports
- Collaborate with other intern on creating a comprehensive outline on best practices for fundraising with learnings from the Digital Fundraising Series and the Giving Season
- Assist in administrative duties as required (e.g. note-taking, scheduling meetings)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled or graduated from a diploma or degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for nonprofit work and community engagement.
