RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Assistant General Manager of Strategic Planning, contribute to the planning and execution of the company-wide strategies, and to the development of commercial and retail business.
- Conduct research, analysis and evaluation, and provide insights to ensure the achievement of the strategies
- Perform the performance monitoring and reporting to ensure the achievement of the strategies
- Communicate with staffs of Regional Management Company and Tokyo Head Office, and other group companies to establish above items to match with the group's strategy
- Support Managing Director and Japanese Business Department as and when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree of equivalent
OTHER INFORMATION
- Minimum 8 years working experience in General Insurance industry
- Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese to effectively communicate with Japanese stakeholders and senior management in Tokyo Head Office and other business units
- Possess good communication skills, analytical ability, and logical thinking
