RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT Executive II is a key member of Care Corner's internal IT team responsible for the support of PC & peripherals, network and enterprise systems used in Care Corner Singapore and Care Corner Senior Services. This role will work closely with the end-users, internal IT team, outsourced Level 1 helpdesk support service, as well as vendors/service providers via back-to-back support arrangements.

Reporting to the Head of IT and Digitalisation, the IT Executive II has both technical and non-technical responsibilities.

On the technical front, the IT Executive II will be supporting IT hardware and network (e.g. PCs, printer and network equipment) as well as administration of Microsoft 365 and related applications (including Exchange, Sharepoint and Teams phone), Entra and Azure Portal, Intune Management Portal, Salesforce, cloud backup solutions, and other SaaS solutions. There are regular tasks such as the monitoring and follow-up of system resources and alerts, including site availability, vulnerabilities and DNS records, and also Helpdesk tickets & reports. • Manage case referrals.

You will be part of the team to provide casework and counselling services for families, with the goal for families to achieve healthy family functioning, and to deliver divorce support programmes and services to families who are affected by divorce, with the goal for families and their children to achieve stability and self-reliance. 

Job Responsibilities:

Casework and Counselling

• Conduct counselling for individuals, couples and families who are experiencing stress due to family-related issues with moderate complex cases. Includes Online counselling.

Support Programme and Workshops

Care Corner Learning and Special Needs Support is looking to expand our focus from just educational therapy to providing wholistic support for children with learning and special needs. We are seeking a Specialist with a passion to support children with learning and special needs. This individual would ideally have experience teaching children individually or in small group sizes, open to working from different locations and keen to teach children in our own Intervention Programme.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and teach English and Math to children (age 5 to 12) with learning difficulties/disabilities.

You will be part of the team managing operations of the Active Ageing Centre (AAC) - a go-to point for seniors to build strong social connections, take part in recreational activities, access community health services, and contribute to the community.

General Operations

• Familiar with the objectives of Active Ageing Centre (AAC)
• Compliant to operation rules and guidelines for AAC, ensure safety of elderly and staff
• Promote racial/religious harmony amongst the seniors

Care Corner Learning and Special Needs Support is looking to expand our focus from just educational therapy to providing wholistic support for children with learning and special needs. We are seeking a pool of Specialists on a part-time/flexi-time basis with a passion to supplement our full-time in supporting children with learning and special needs. This pool of specialists would ideally have experience teaching children individually or in small group sizes, open to working from different locations and be willing to support our programmes over a minimum period of 6 months.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and teach English and Math to children (age 5 to 12) with learning difficulties/disabilities.
• Plan and conduct individual and group intervention programmes/activities for children with special needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the team managing operations of the Active Ageing Centre (AAC) - a go-to point for seniors to build strong social connections, take part in recreational activities, access community health services, and contribute to the community.

General Operations

• Familiar with the objectives of Active Ageing Centre (AAC)
• Compliant to operation rules and guidelines for AAC, ensure safety of elderly and staff
• Promote racial/religious harmony amongst the seniors
• Assist in care of the seniors, observe and monitor their health and well-being
• Work closely with supervisor to:
• oversee compliance in operations, directives, KPI and all work processes within assigned centres/programmes/projects
• adhere and ensure compliance across the centres according to healthcare directives set by the Management & MOH
• manage crisis and reporting when necessary

Programme Support/Planning and Management

• Support programmes such as intergenerational, outdoor sessions, interest-based activities and wellness engagement. Support promotion and recruitment efforts, attending to related administration and logistics.
• Executive role will look into programme planning and management including liaising/advising volunteers and partners on programme planning and implementation.

Befriending & Buddying (B&B) Programme

• Provide support to befriendees and befrienders as needed, including monitoring efforts and administration.
• For Executive role: Manage intake and referral of befriendees via various platforms/modes. Screen, deploy and review assigned befrienders-to-befriendees. Arrange quarterly befriender training/meetings.

Outreach & Community Screening Tool (CST)

• Collate and ensure clients' data and CST reports are entered into AIC Acutenet and NUS system in a timely manner for submissions and processing
• For Executive role: Participate in outreach to seniors. Administer CPPF, Informed Consent & CST to potential members

Volunteer Management & Community Partnership

• Support IC in coordination and communications such as assigning roles to volunteers, arranging quarterly gatherings for various volunteer groups.
• For Executive role: Contribute to volunteer role design, recruitment, training, deployment, engagement and appreciation, in alignment to the Organisation's Volunteer & Community Engagement (VCE) guidelines and coordination with the VCE team on required training. Recruit volunteers and work with community partners to support AAC services.

Information & Referral

• Attend to walk-in, phone and text enquiries and correspondence
• Route/manage referrals. Record details for escalation and consult supervisor where needed.
• Be familiar with existing social services/programmes and provide service linkage on behalf of clients. Provide information on relevant schemes, grants and support available for clients and caregivers.

Data Management & Administrative Support

• Tracking of AAC KPIs such as administration of CST, programmes participation
• Ensure confidentiality of clients data and all required data duly recorded in the respective data management systems, and documents are filed and organized
• Provide administrative support such as put up claims on financial system in a timely manner. Track expenses and income of selected funded programmes

Centre Operations & Facilities Management

• Ensure smooth and optimal running of the centre. This involves maintenance of fixed assets and its listing. Upkeep of office and IT systems, devices and equipment. Oversee contractual arrangements such as air-con servicing, pest control. Purchase and replenishment of supplies
• Environmental Sanitation Regime - work as a team to ensure compliance to cleaning requirements by NEA
• Alert Alarm System (AAS) Management (if applicable). Undertake checks, respond and report according to SOP and enlist support technician where necessary

Ad-hoc/Others

• Undertake any other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor which may include support in administrative processes, partnership engagements with community partners.

ITE/Diploma in relevant disciplines such as Community Care and Social Service, Gerontology.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a SAC/AAC or have volunteered with seniors in a community setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Required to handle queries/concerns from elderly clients who are mostly mandarin/dialect-speaking. Proficiency in mandarin and/or dialects is essential.
• Proficient in IT

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitors and inspects the quality of materials (aggregates, asphalt premix).
• Involves monitoring performance and quality of personnel, processes, and methods on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with laboratory procedure.
• Required to ensure that all workers receive required training and that they understand the rules of laboratory work and responsibilities.

• Perform check QC test reports for projects teams.

• Minimum ITE level or related field
