• Senior Counsellor will be required to provide clinical supervision to interns or junior Counsellor

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role will be part of the Family Support Services-Families for Life team that delivers evidence-based parenting and marriage programmes. The role will work with trainers, school and community partners, in planning and promoting these programmes to support parents, newlyweds and married couples. RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT Executive II is a key member of Care Corner's internal IT team responsible for the support of PC & peripherals, network and enterprise systems used in Care Corner Singapore and Care Corner Senior Services. This role will work closely with the end-users, internal IT team, outsourced Level 1 helpdesk support service, as well as vendors/service providers via back-to-back support arrangements.

Reporting to the Head of IT and Digitalisation, the IT Executive II has both technical and non-technical responsibilities.

On the technical front, the IT Executive II will be supporting IT hardware and network (e.g. PCs, printer and network equipment) as well as administration of Microsoft 365 and related applications (including Exchange, Sharepoint and Teams phone), Entra and Azure Portal, Intune Management Portal, Salesforce, cloud backup solutions, and other SaaS solutions. Rev Tan Tien Ser and a group of passionate individuals believed that these marginalised people with lower income and little opportunities for a formal education could be helped to realise their potential and become more competent and fulfilled persons. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cultivate a mutually beneficial relationship with all potential donors and partners to support the realization of Care Corner's vision with a sustained financial contribution.
• Cultivate a core group of corporate partners and donors with significant contribution.
• Build a large pool of regular individual donors.
• Orchestrate an effective ongoing engagement programme with all donors and potential donors.
• Conceptualise, organise and support fundraising programs and activities.
• Prepare proposals and submit reports for engagement programmes in a timely manner.
• Work with foundations, corporates and community partners in maximising the contributions and resources for the community.
• Source and apply for grants and matching funds that help with the programme development.
• Ensure compliance with all fundraising activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Business
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in business development/corporate management experiences
• Able to work independently and engage people of different levels
• Familiar with online/digital/social media channels for publicity and promotion
• Team player, strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle and manage full set of accounts
• Perform month-end and year end closing and its reporting pack with analytics
• Responsible for the month end & year end reporting and fund accounting (for YE statutory purposes)
• Responsible for other submission eg GST, various Funding agencies reporting, etc
• Fixed assets management
• Prepare and maintain various journal entries, schedules and reconciliation reports
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget including budgetary controls
• Administer banking transactions including internet banking
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, accounting standards, corporate governance and other regulatory requirements: company's books are properly kept in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
• Involve in Treasury/Investments and respective updates
• Assist in preparation of presentation (powerpoint) slides when required.
• Any other ad-hoc projects/studies and responsibilities may be assigned, if need be from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance, ACCA or its equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting function or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous with an aptitude for numbers
• Adept in working under pressure and tight timelines
• Familiar with online/digital/ERP application systems
• Strong team player and receptive to changes
• SAP knowledge and/or with social service sector experience will be an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

Care Corner Learning and Special Needs Support is looking to expand our focus from just educational therapy to providing wholistic support for children with learning and special needs. We are seeking a pool of Specialists on a part-time/flexi-time basis with a passion to supplement our full-time in supporting children with learning and special needs. This pool of specialists would ideally have experience teaching children individually or in small group sizes, open to working from different locations and be willing to support our programmes over a minimum period of 6 months.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and teach English and Math to children (age 5 to 12) with learning difficulties/disabilities.
• Plan and conduct individual and group intervention programmes/activities for children with special needs.
• Engage parents in executing intervention and development strategies for the children.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood/ Pre-School Teaching/ Early Years/ Special Education, Learning Disorders Management or any other related fields.
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) will be preferred.
• Experience in specialised intervention methods with children will be an added advantage (e.g. Orton-Gillingham, Jolly Phonics, visual processing training, rhythmic movement training).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commit to prearranged lesson slot for a minimum period of 6 months (lesson timings to be arranged by matching children and specialist's availability)

Location: Depending on class location and timing. Actual location to be worked out with specialist.

Hourly rate : $50 - $55
