Our Client is an European MNC and manufacturer of intralogistics systems with presence in over 70 countries. Their range of products include conveyor systems, palletising technology, packaging technology and sorting and distribution systems.
For their Singapore operations, they would like to invite suitably qualified individuals to join their team as HR cum Admin Assistant.
HR cum Admin Assistant (One-Year Contract-to-Perm)
Key responsibilities and tasks
- Report to Terminal O&M Manager / Assistant Manager.
- Provide human resource administration support:
- Leave application management.
- Timesheet verification.
- Petty cash claim.
- Computation of salary.
- Other relevant report (example overtime chart & etc).
- Manage airport pass applications.
- Book online airport safety Induction briefing class.
- Office stationery, consumable and refreshment items.
- Monitor stock level and top up.
- Procure, order & distribute to Operation teams.
- Configure/add account for new staff clock in/out on Biometric device.
- Conduct ERP training for new staff and refresher course for existing staff.
- Raise PR
- Brief new employee in-house rules and orientation.
- Ensure housekeeping of the maintenance office.
- Coordinates booking of hotels, restaurants.
- Any other job as assigned
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma
- 2-3 years experiences in office administration, preferably with exposure to HR functions.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Meticulous and analytical.
- Team player.

Working Location : Changi Airport T2 Maintenance Office
Working Hours : 5-Day Week
