Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and Excellence:
· Via Insights of market positioning and competition, develop digital marketing strategies and operational roadmaps that deliver marketing objective over varying timeframes.
· Own the end to end performance and efficiency of all performance marketing channels and benchmark against competitors or industry standards.
2. Collaboration and Innovation:
· Work closely with internal stakeholders for a holistic approach in all initiatives.
· Partner with media partners to localize and align end to end paid media initiatives with marketing priorities and opportunities.
· Via close partnership, deliver innovative and best in class user experiences, and strengthen our market position and leadership.
· Have deep understanding of Ad Tech industry and lead product/tech team for disruptive marketing techniques.
3. Insights and Measurement
· Provide data-driven marketing insights that can deed the whys and hows of conversion-driven growth.
· Deliver incremental and quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction.
4. Automate and standardize cross-department workways through standard operating procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. At least 10 years of proven digital and/or performance marketing experience, ideally in a multinational, technology, or e-commerce company.
2. Marketing/ Economics / Business Management related bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or Master degree is a strong plus.
3. Solid practical knowledge of performance marketing channels and tools (SEM, UAC,GDN, Facebook, TikTok)
4. Strong business acumen and proven project management skills.
5. Able to engage and influence internal stakeholders at every level of the organisation.
6. Self-motivated, highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast changing and fluid environment.
7. Excellent planning and organisational skills.
8. Able to leverage data points and market analysis to form actionable insights and give recommendations.
