We are looking to hire an experienced candidate who wil be responsible to improve business and approval process to streamline business operations and maximise throughput .
The incumbent will be supporting the leader of each sales region to set up and execute business strategy & KPIs, and run PDCA cycle to monitor KPI actions & achievement within each sales region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify operational challenges and issues from day-to-day collaboration with other managers and define strategic operation and process workflow to continuously improve profitability.
- Review group approval guideline and to adapt and modify it to suit our need, placing strong emphasize on business compliance while ensuring smooth operation.
- Conduct research on target market segments, analyse data on market demand and competition by collaborating with product management team in Japan.
- Leveraging on market data to address customers’ pain points and design Go-To-Market Strategy with unique product portfolio offerings.
- Drive the discussion on annual sales KPI setting and action plans with regional sales leaders. Come up with an effective method to review KPI achievement vs target with each leader on weekly basis to figure out how to close the gap to target.
- Set up quarterly and semi-annual KPI review sessions with stakeholders to improve the progress pace and quality of planned activities.
- Prepare for new product launch such as updating of model number and price register. Proactively prepare the necessary sales tools and plan for seamless transition from existing to new products by collaboration with global teams.
- Implement effective sales channel partner program and ensure every benefit stated in the program works. Conduct regular reviews to enhance the program for next financial year.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- At least five (5) years of business experience in the security industry is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Product management skill in terms of portfolio management and life cycle management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with logical thinking.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Team leading/management experience is preferred.
