- Good hands-on skills for corrective work action for Mechanical & Electrical system.
- Ensure works are done properly and signed off service report with name and date.
- Record and highlight any consumption spike in BTU, Water and Electric meter reading.
- Update incidences bookings with dates and times for the work done on shift duty.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations needed to comply with term contractors for site work.
- Maintain and service building facilities, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Perform minor repairs and improvements to buildings and equipment.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on building systems and infrastructure.
- Manage and oversee contractors and vendors to ensure cost-effective, quality repairs and maintenance.
- Provide engineering support during weekends, public holidays, or extended hours when necessary.
- To standby 24 hours on duty roster (will provide additional standby allowance).
- Perform regular inspections of buildings with Fire Safety Manager.
