Job description:
- Manage the local sales team
- Train new comers, motivate all sales staff
- Manage the locations inventory
- Promote & Sell products- Pro active sales
- Achieve sales target
-Assist management in daily operational duties, which includes stock-taking, cashiering transactions and general duties
Requirements
- one year experience in pro fashion sales (In retail shop)
- Good communication skills
- Positive working attitude and Sales Oriented
- Leadership qualities
- High motivation & passion Fashion sales
High basic salary + high commission + performance bonus
5 or 6 days per week, 8 hours rotating shift per day (including weekends)
Working locations: Central area
