Our Management Associate Programme is designed to nurture and build our future leaders.
[What you will be working on]
Our 2-year Management Associate Programme offers you the opportunity to undergo a structured programme where you will gain experience in at least 2 different areas of work in IRAS. You will get to develop competencies across different roles and functions (policy, operations and other competencies).
You will also be given support and career guidance in the form of mentorship by our Senior Leaders as well as training and developmental opportunities including overseas training opportunities or exposure to work outside IRAS.
As a young officer, this programme will benefit you as you will gain a better understanding of your career preferences and fit within IRAS and your longer-term career aspirations.

Selection Process
You will go through 4 stages of assessment as follows:
•Video interview and written assessment
•Screening interview
•Cognitive/ psychometric tests
•Panel interview with Senior Management
Application Cycle
The application cycle for the MAP would be in March annually.
Successful candidates will commence the MAP on 1 August 2024.
[What we are looking for]
Apply to our Management Associate Programme if you have what we are looking for:
•Singaporean/ Singapore Permanent Resident undergraduate in your final year of study in any discipline; or a recent graduate with 2 years or less of working experience
•Dynamic, agile individual
•Strong academic achievements in any discipline
•Excellent Co-Curricular Activities track record
•Proven leadership abilities. Applicants with working experiences should have a strong track record in demonstrating this through past work experiences.
•Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to develop, recommend and implement initiatives that would positively impact taxpayers and stakeholders.
