As a Senior Officer in the Student Services Department at ITE College West, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing students services to near 8,000 ITE College West students.
[What you will be working on]
Your key responsibilities include:
Evaluating students' applications for financial assistance schemes
Advising students and their parents on fee payments and plans
Liaising with external agencies on bursaries, career-counselling, student insurance, surveys and other student-related matters
Organising student activities and programmes
Liaising with self-help groups for our students' welfare
Overseeing the production of our students' concession and other cards
[What we are looking for]
At least 3 years of working experience
A team player with good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
