[What the role is]
As a Functional Senior Officer/Head in ITE, you are part of the team to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes and administer student systems in specific functional areas.
The Centre for the Music & The Arts (CeMTA) aims to promote student activities in the performing and visual arts across the Colleges. We are committed to creating a culturally vibrant College environment via arts platforms and facilitating active participation by student and alumni talents of ITE.
[What you will be working on]
You will conceptualise, promote and execute programmes and activities for the participation and development of students in the areas of arts enrichment such as performing arts productions, arts leadership workshops, etc. You will be required to serve as the staff mentor of student arts groups.
[What we are looking for]
You should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in arts programming and management (for example, fine arts, visual arts and/or performing arts), and in working with youths (preferably between the ages of 13 and 21). You should also have strong communication, people management and organisational skills.
