[What you will be working on]

You will be required to perform system administration functions for the Windows and Redhat Linux operating system supporting various applications. Experience in virtualization (VMware) environment, Azure AssA O365 exchange and sharepoint online are also part of the job scope. In addition to operational support, you will also be involved in projects and new IT initiatives that involves multiple stakeholders.

[What you will be working on] 

You will be expected to:

- Perform design, coding, testing, configuration and other related tasks during software development process.

- Ensure software quality, security and performance are met.

- Analyse and resolve technical issues arising from development, testing and deployment.

- Develop/update relevant process documentation.

- Implement applications in both traditional and low code platforms.

- Implement robotic process automation and streamlining to improve process and system efficiency.

- Involved in project management, budgeting, purchasing process.

- Undertake other responsibilities as assigned to support digitalisation effort in ITE.

[What we are looking for]
- Possess suitable credentials in IT or equivalent.
- Experience in the analysis, design, implementation and support of medium to large complex applications 
- Working knowledge of two or more of the following technology domains
-> Java, C#, PHP, Javascript 
-> SSIS, MSSQL, MySQL
-> ASP.net, Azure Cloud such as Azure App Service, Azure Function 
-> PowerApp, PowerAutomate, Outsystems
-> UiPath, Automation Anywhere
- Experience in DevOps and Agile software development processes is an advantage
- Experience in implementing Power Bi and other visualization tools is an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders, gather customer requirements and translating them into functional specifications 
- Possess can-do spirit, initiative and a good team player

[What you will be working on]

This will involve the evaluation and implementation of both new initiatives and migration of existing on-premises applications to the cloud. In supporting day to day business needs, you are also required to manage the cloud environments ranging from cloud administration of the compute resources, storage, backup/restore, monitoring to patch management in accordance with our ICT policies. Lastly, this role includes implementing the security architecture to ensure data security with the relevant cybersecurity tools like the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

[What we are looking for]

You should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Systems or relevant disciplines, preferably in the areas of AWS, Azure or GCP. Relevant cloud certifications would be preferred. Strong analytical, communication and writing skills are needed as you work across functional teams as part of the overall project and vendor management.
