Job Description
- Report to and assist the regional CEO in the running of the day to day operation of the company and its subsidiaries as well as selected strategic corporate initiatives
- Support the regional management in building and operating a first-in-class talent acquisition, development and retention strategy in coordination with the global HR center of excellence
- Act as a regional and global center of excellence for talent acquisition
- Conceptualize and run regional team events and management & strategy offsites
- Work closely with market leaders and market organization to support the growth of the local business and teams
- Any other tasks that the regional management will assign to you
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business or similar
- Proven skillset in Project Management and/or LEAN management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a talent acquisition for energy infrastructure role in Singapore
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position including team building and line management
- Track record in a business development or similar role
- Proven track record of building and managing regional teams in the APAC region
- Experience in negotiating contracts and partnerships agreements with external clients
