In this role, you serve as an accountability partner to our clients and help them achieve their business goals with digital marketing.

• Serve as a growth strategist and strengthen business trajectories through the achievement of client and company goals
• Operate as the point of contact for existing clients and liaising with them via Whatsapp, calls or meetups
• Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines and expectations
• Listen to clients' business problems and introduce relevant solutions, where applicable
• Educate clients on the value of their engagement with the company
• Break down campaign metrics in monthly digital marketing reports and provide consultation to clients
• Work with our sales consultants and campaign specialists to ensure the success of the campaign
• Work with our finance exec to ascertain project performance payout based on incremental growth
• Provide analysis and suggest the use of marketing technology to meet clients’ goals
• Constantly learn about new digital marketing trends and solutions to help clients such as automation software & video marketing

Requirements

• Need to travel to office and clients' place at times
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects, multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Good in communication with people
• Willingness to accept feedback and reflect & grow
• Willingness to learn and improve constantly
• Basic knowledge of Google and Facebook ads preferred
