Job Description:
Work with internal/external stakeholders to determine the website's desired appearance and functionalities.
Leading the website development team which comprises Web Developers, Web Designers and Interns.
Work closely with the Design team to ensure user-friendliness and ensuring a visually appealing interface
Ensure that all projects are on-page SEO enabled
Integrating/working with developers for the website’s images, embedding videos, and adding plugins.
Troubleshooting and testing prototypes, as well as monitoring the live deployment of the product. Keeping to timeline is important.
Providing mentorship to junior developers and facilitating suitable interventions to deliver the project on time and within budget.
Documenting website development processes and procedures.
Preparing project progress updates for Clients/Management Team
Performing website demonstrations / coming up with training video files.
Keeping abreast of developments and trends in website design.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science with coursework in graphic design, web development, or similar.
A minimum of 3 years experience in web project management.
Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design.
Advance proficiency in programming languages, such as HTML/CSS, and/or PHP is a plus.
Ability to contribute creativity and bring innovation to web projects.
Leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Organizational and time-management skills.
